RETURNS AND REFUNDS

For orders placed directly with us, request an eligible return within 30 days of receiving your merchandise.

Email ampsstelena53@gmail.com with your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for your return. Obtain approval, a return authorization number (RMA), and mailing instructions before sending anything back.

Customers pay return postage. We do not provide free UPS labels or prepaid return labels.

Mail approved returns within 30 days of approval. Once we receive the returned merchandise, we will process the approved refund.

PERSONALIZED ITEMS AND DIGITAL DOWNLOADS

Personalized and custom-made items cannot be returned for a change of mind. Digital downloads are nonreturnable and nonrefundable.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, or you cannot access your digital file, email us with your order number and details so we can address the problem.

AMAZON AND MERCARI PURCHASES

Request returns through the website where you placed your order. Purchases through Amazon or Mercari follow that website’s applicable return and refund policies.
